The only really bad thing I dis-like about his game is that the cars handle like shit. They are the worst handling cars I have ever tried.

Then you have the spawn problem, You see a car spawn in front of you. You make the camera do a 360 and the car is gone. This is a very frustrating thing. Hence why I prefer GTA IV.

Honestly I played GTA4 for like a year. Switching was hard. The controls were awful. And GTA had more realistic graphics. It was Saints Row that was Cartoony.

well games like gta 3, vice city and san andreas blow saints row out of the water but iv played every gta game even the top down ones and i played gta iv but i think gta iv is boring as watchin paint dry and found saints row just as bad so my opinion is both gta iv and saints row both suck

I like all the GTA's. originals, handheld originals, portable's, the "stories" and all that, The problem with GTA IV being so realistic, is that it lost some of the fun factor which Saints Row 1 and wayyyy more 2 made up for.

iv played all gta games and i like gta iv realism but not because its removed stuff like jetpacks, i played saints row 2 on ps3 but it was way over the top even for my liking, too much emphasis on gangsters and it gets stale after 5 mins of playing, it needed more polish

I think gta 4 is more fun but I do play saints row if I'm looking for multiplayer free roam gta style is the way I just wish that they would get rid of some of the playlists in gta 4 oh and saints row 2 is not going to happen when theres Fable - Farcry - Gears 2 - left 4 dead - resident evil 5 - Call of duty WaW I hate that all the games come out for xmas did no one think of the jews! lol Saints row is a great game, but it does not have better graphics than GTAIV. It does on the other hand have more to do. The core gameplay mechanics for driving and shooting are better in GTAIV while SR has more to do along with more customization. They each have there own strengths and weaknesses.

Just picked it up earlier today. Not bad at all. The character customization is decent. Graphics aren't bad per se. I still prefer GTA IV over this by a country mile, but it's not bad for what it is. Worth 25 bucks.

It really depends on what kind of game you prefer. Saints Row is essentially the same as Grand Theft Auto, so you also may want to consider getting Grand Theft Auto IV which is a much larger game. Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 are FPS games - if you like FPS gameplay, I'd suggest COD4, since it offers a lot more variety. Out of all of them, personally I would pick up GTA IV because of the immense amount of gameplay - including fantastic multiplayer modes - it offers.

@nickmass1 If you have xbox live then pick Call of duty modern warefare 2. It's beast on live and most of your friends probably have it so you can play with them. Saints Row is a great gamei if you just want to do your own thing. It has a huge map and is really fun. MW2 and Saints Row are great games so it's a win win situation.

Good review, I bought Saints Row recently an I beleive its alot better then GTA:San Andreas (although, that is an amazing game - kept me entertained for weeks!) But I have to say like everyone else at the momment I am looking forward to playing on GTA:IV!
