@MMTAKEDA55 build two (or more) op amp square wave oscillators (op amp, 3 resistors and a cap). Use a pot on negative feedback path on one so you can adjust the frequency.
connect a 10k pot as a rheostat between the two caps and adjust til it gets interesting

yes, connected to the charging caps of each oscillator in x-y mode
