@tintor2 Writers aren't idiots. There were not many scenes in he Japanese version of the show, Zyuranger, where the red ranger (Japanese: Tyranno Ranger) was using the dragon shield (Jap: Dragon Ranger Armour). So they haven't got so many scenes with red ranger in dragon shield to use.

A battlizer is a form of armor with advanced weaponry created specifically for the Red Ranger and only red rangers can use it. The armor may have increased Jason's firepower and strength but it cannot be labeled as a battlizer I have detailed ex below

The dragon shield/Dagger was givien to Jason by another ranger via the dragon coin.

Zach used the Shield to heal the damage to his suit from toxic acid gel from the Oysterizer.

The armor was created for the Green Ranger

Have you seen the PR: Wild Force episode "Forever Red" it shows Jason morphing into the Red (Mighty Morphin) Power Ranger how he was still able to morph since there was no morphin grid to draw the power from although I believe when Zordon died after unleashing the energy wave to destroy all attacking evil the wave itself reenergized Jason's coin

In my opinion when Jason transfered his powers to Rocky in the Power Transfer Part 2 He was still morphed now it could be that duplicate coins were made and the originals were kept by Zach Jason and Trini as souvenirs or vice versa therefore Jason always had a coin, though when the command center was destroyed so was the morphin grid. Now when Zordon's "Z" wave destroyed all attacking evil in the universe it is possible that the wave also reenergized...

I think you may have forgotten a few events from PR in Space.

One of them was Justin using his Blue ranger Turbo Powers, (no negative side effects),

And Adam using his Black Ranger power (do not remember which coin, or exactly how he got it back). This however hurt him severely.

This means that the Turbo Powers worked before Zordon's Destruction, and that the MMPR gen powers could work, but needed something done to fix it.

Could Zordon's death have done the trick? I don't know.

Adam used the broken Mastodon coin in a severely damaged morpher. When the Thunderzords were destroyed the power surge overloaded the grid and therefore it was destroyed and the original dino powers the ninjetti coins given to them by Ninjor supplied the rangers with new powers

Looking back, it would be nothing for the Lightspeed Rescue R&D to restore the Turbo Power.

Now on the flip side, Time Force could have possibly pulled the old morpher from sometime after they were broken, and likely had a relatively easy fix for the Morpher at least. As for the Power Coin itself, that is anyone's guess.

Yeah, the PR universe can be quite skewed up, and I am highly doubtful that there will be any real clarifications. Ever.

Would the Thunder Rangers count, or just Cam, Okay, so both DT special rangers count, but then comes SPD, Would the cat count, or the Nova ranger?

...the original Tyrannosaurus coin as well as TJ's Turbo powers. After all Tommy's powers were constantly being recharged with Zordon's own energies. Also Jason's along with the original 5 coins powers also was used to revitalized a energy drained Zordon. So it is possible that Zordon somehow retained the tyrannosaurus powers and when he unleshed his Z wave the energy found it's way back to the coin. This explains how Jason still had his coin and how he was still able to morph into Red Ranger

It's simple, the Green Ranger powers (including the shield) went back to Tommy when he became the Green Ranger again. But the powers "slowly" drained out to the point where they were non-existant in the end. Jason only had the Dragon Shield by having what remained of Tommy's old powers and his power coin. (I had to explain this to my goddaughter recently, so I am laughing that I'm explaining it again. I wish I had my old VHS's to point to the old eps. I'm talking about)
