no, its not dangerous, but it's rather disappointing overall... a lot of the characters are just lame overpowered shit like seen in this video.

this game is called M.U.G.E.N its a fully customizable game. you start with the very basic mugen game, which comes with one character and a couple of back grounds. people can make characters, backgrounds, and even change the way the game looks by making what is called screenpacks and life bars. you can download characters, screenpacks and the basic version of mugen from tufftony's website, check info on this video. he also has many links to other mugen stuff
