So stoked for their second album. Treats was an AMAZING album. I'm quite sure that if Sleigh Bells was to ever tour with Crystal Castles, I could die happy. Two of the best duets EVER. Ting Tings are amazing as well, but lean more towards the pop side. Dare I say Matt & Kim as well?

@KidAinaVeyron No way, you have to accept music on it's own terms. The drum machine makes the song for me. That machine gun industrial beat is a huge part of the appeal. Plus, I'm pretty sure this song is meant to be an homage to Big Black and Steve Albini in general.

I think this is awful, sorry. On their EP, their sound was still somewhat stripped down. On treats they added more production and the songs were listenable for the most part but there was definitely plenty of filler and some interesting noise rock stuff. So now they've taken a big riff; and stuck some random drum machine shit over it. Its loud but it just doesn't work for me.

Whatever dude, I don't like it and that's my opinion. I think their older stuff was better, there is nothing wrong with saying that; especially since I actually bought their EP and LP. I don't like how this sounds, I didn't like how MIA's last record sounded either for much the same reasons. I am afraid that this single is indicative of a record like MIA.
