don't know really... it kinda sounds like it, but still, "Klaatu barada, nikto ..." is from a movie, and the whole "prashnom"-thing is what he also sings in the song slota prow - full armour from woven hand's Mosaic. And he also writes it down as lyrics in the booklet, so my guess is that it isnt tongues. But I can't say for sure. Do you think it is?
