  • godamnit!

  • @longbeachdirtbag what'd i do ? :)

  • @jezwah i click on these thinking they are real trucks lol.

  • Nice truck,I have a hilux it is a blast love the scale look.

  • wat stoc motor comes with it brushed or brushedless? (wats the difference?)

  • comes with a 540 stock motor which is 27T i think, It's a brushed motor.

  • google search "brushed vs brushless rc"

not enough room in here to type..

  • ok thanks

  • ok thanks, also how do u keep the mud from getting into ur motor? or do u clean it after wards?

  • i haven't ever submerged the motor or gotten it fully muddy, even as low as it is on the chassis. I don't have the wheel speed to flick up mud into it. Apparently brushed motors are sometime "run in" in a glass of water to let the brushes bed in. Maybe you could do that to clean it inside too ? *only an idea - don't blame me if factory smoke comes out*

  • yeah i sorta thaught of tat bacause it makes a wet stone affect and if it dies i will replace it but i doubt it thanks

  • very nice rig & vid. I have bruiser frame chassis with R2. been running rock crushers, and I'm considering buying trail doctors XL, too. what compound do you use? soft, super soft or ultra soft? I'm thinking about trying the super soft ones. greets

  • thank you very much for compliments. i am running soft compound (the hardest) and they are fantastic for grip, clearance and great looks. In loose fine dirt hillclimbs i still find the mudslingers better, but they aren't as tall so not as good on approach angles/belly clearance etc. hope this helps you

  • yeah thats preety cool

  • is

     that a 3 speed?

  • no, that got removed after the first couple of runs. RC4WD R2 transmission is in there now, later on i will get one with disconnect for the front wheels, so i can have 2wd/4wd.

    Cheers

  • the Trail doctors are substantially taller, and that helps in alot of situations. In the loose dirt/mud the slingers are definitely better traction wise. Seeing as i am mainly into dirt/mud - the best tyre would be a mudslinger that is the trail doctor size (still keeping scale looks) - but that doesn't exist lol... buy them both like i have haha

  • which are better mud slingers or trail doctors
