I get some darn error like "error 1335 , data1.cab is corrupt ... blah blah ", when i try to install something that needs windows installer . I allready tried changing my version of windows installer but not good . Can any1 help me with this thing ?

hey I have got a similar problem,everytime I want to acces something (internet,folder,file,game,etc­.),a windows installer box pops out of nowhere! and everytime I hit cancel,there appears another window! IT IS FUCKING ANNOYING! Can someone help me sort it out? (maybe that's a virus masked under a office installer that it's trying to install itself in my PC!)

my Dell laptop is haveing a problem downloading the WoW game and i dont know what happens to be the problem...

I use to have the game before it fucked up but the hard disk started making noises so i got a new one..but now i cant download the game anymore and it says installer does not have enough space and i just finish rebooting my computer...can anyone help me????

Ofc 2007... multiple installs creates multiple instances of itself. Do find "normal.dot" and if there are multiple versions, delete them, THEN reinstall. Found this on MS technet.

umm. i have this problem and it sucks. i dled microsoft office 2000 from frostwire. it has the cd key included and all that shit and all the files. but when i click setup, it says something about not having a service pack. but my comp. has sp2. then when i try to download service pack 2 again from microsoft, it says "this service pack does not go with the version of windows you have. so its this huge problem and its stopping me from installing office. plz help.

i got xp and the same shit happd when i uninstalld the shitty bundled trail office 03' and everytime i lanch a fucking app i have to click out of it a 1000 times two words get linux or at least openoffice

This happens when office was installed incorrectly, you need to reinstall it, it's usualy when a requred part of it wasn't installed, i have seen it on many xp and office xp 2k and 2k3.

A propper reinstall it will sove the issue.

As you tryed to reinstall already i just want to say that you need to select custome and install all components and it will be solved (you can deselect the programs you don't use).

Ok the way i usual do it is buy first uninstaling it, then installing, selecting custome select all and every, then deselect Outlook and Access it has solved it each time for me so i would be supprised if it dosn't work for you.

Then dount remove it :), i just mentioned access and outlook as being safe to deselect with out getting this issue, i have installed 2007 with outlook befor with no issues.
