I think that this judge gave him a very harsh sentence for a domestic violence charge. I think if he had a criminal background, this sentence would have been good, but I think judges that have the opportunity to work on a celebrity case uses the case as publicity for themselves. If this was a regular guy that beat a regular girl, this sentence would not be 5 years probation. My mom was abused, and when she went to the cops, they would say, "Well there isn't any bruises on you. You go home now."
