  • Cheating is just another way to improve your result. First you cheat a lot, and then you try to improve your form in next training session...

  • Should work on your body fat levels so you can be more cut looking. Nije lose.

  • Actually, I did some cutting recently, lost around 25 lbs. Problem with cutting is that you loose not only your fat, but also some muscle mass-very bad for you if you are in strength sports. But yeah, looks much better :-)

  • actualy my tricep is probably the best part of my body,more then 2/3 of my arm.i do close grip bench presses with 3/ 20 kg plates on each side,and when i say close grip i mean the hands are almost touching,10-12 cm apart.but i will try to film it and post it on here so u can see.or send me an email details so i can send u a photo.cujemo se starac..

  • hmm,i thought arnolds arms were most masive at 22 1/3 but i could be wrong.anyway i am 186 cm tall and 122 kg at 12 percent body fat,and my arms are pumped 20 inches and for some reason look so much biger then urs.thats why i said what i said,but again maybe they appear smaler on the video then what they really are.u svakom slucaju,jak si kao zivotinja,hehehe.sve najbolje and keep pumping,coz PUMP IS BETER THEN CUMMING.i dont care what anyone says.vozdra jarane..

  • Dont forget that bigger biceps makes arm look visualy bigger. Maybe your biceps is bigger than mine, but I can bet my triceps is much, much bigger than yours. So we might have similar circumference of the upper arm, and still your arms might look bigger, considering visual impact of your biceps on overall impression of the size of your arms. Thats a topic for someone included in bodybuilding more than me, I am in strength sports, not in bodybuilding. Pozdrav i tebi zmaje !

  • i find it very hard to belive that ur arms are 53,5 cm,because that is like 21 inches.arnold had arms 21 inches and urs look like toothpicks compared to his,no hard feelings tough,its just a fact.

  • Hahhaha, you can believe what you want, but Arnold's arms were 19 1/2'' cold 20 1/2'' pumped, in full definition. And that definetly looks much, much bigger (visualy)then my 20.5 -21 inch arms in full mass. I što brate pišeš engleski, pa razumijem ja tebe i ovako ;-)

  • Nice curls even the ego curls were pretty effective. You are building a good set of arms. Keep going think NASA do a ez barbell curl competition in the US, record is around 235 heavy weight division.

  • Thank you KC, I apreciate your comment! I think WNPF and 100% RAW also organize curl competitions in USA. Havent heard for a curl competitions in Europe. I think that a WR for a strict curl in 100% RAW is around 80 kilos, but strict curl is something very different from what we usually do in our trainings...

  • True I've seen some real swingers in my time.

    But they can be good for the negative part of the movement, I like to come down with the weight really slow stopping just before my arms straighten, when I cheat curl, and then relaxing. Anyway lets hope they bring old style strong man events like barbell curl and so on back again.

  • Well done, but you could put more attention on proper form, and less on weight.

  • thats good. be careful of your back when u are doin those heavy lifts at the end. i know u would have been stuffed, but your discs can encounter problems which could put u out of gyming 4 a long time!!

  • super, vidim da si stavio osigurače nakon onog "equipment failurea" lol. koliki ti je max?

  • Jedan par osigurača je bio gore, ali očito nije bio dovoljan, pa sad stavljam dva, makar ni to nije to.

    Max. uz pravilnu formu- negdje oko 77 kg, inače ide to i više uz pomoć leđa i nogu.

  • to je super. ja mislim da mogu 58kg zato jer mogu 53kg 4 puta dignut bez savijanja leđa, tj. čisto iz bicepsa.

    Stani uz zid, leđa i stražnjica na zidu cijelo vrijeme, pa probaj.

  • I never said this was strict curling, competition technique. This is training for maximum biceps strength-some cheating involved. Bigger max. strength means bigger strict form strength. This is how you do it. Good judgment comes from experience.
