Individuals can contribute to the benefit of many by being sincerely helpful (that term includes qualities such as selflessness, thoughtfulness and sympathy). Muhammad Yunus is a good example of that.
Most importantly though, we have to remember that change starts in OURSELVES.
In turn, individuals will have the opportunity to show a good example for everybody else who might recognise the efforts made. Everybody has that opportunity, Muhammad Yunnus took his. If he can, then WE CAN.
