Folvo SVO runs on single turbo

I have a simple qustion if i found one of these cars to buy is there anything i need to look aT when buying ? what do you think about the V-8 swap? or turbo way to go from MPG? I like your ride dude im in michigan most of the ones i find up here have v-8 swaps and or rusted bad windshild leeking ect

hey, just had to ask, what kind of head gasket did you use? i know bout the twin cam volvo head on the 2.3 ford motor, but never heard any anything about the gasket. thanks and keep up the awesome work!

The Ford gaskets work just fine, that's what everyone seems to use.

sounds like your running low oil pressure.. i can hear valve chatter

60 psi cold, 30-40 psi hot

Car hadn't been run in a long time. The exhaust was just tacked into place so you hear a lot of exhaust leakage which can sound similar. The noise is not there now.

I've gotten up to 15 psi so far and it's a monster already. 20-30 psi should be impressive.

I have been thinking about that Forvo or Folvo or whatever people want to call that motor, and a SVO myself. It will probably be a few years but I love the combination especially with the addition of an IRS it will make for one hell of a handling little mustang.
