Hi I was wondering do we the customers have to splice anything? Because I saw that the ad for the k2 motor light projectors come already done and that we don't have to mod anything. Is that true?

@LastUtopia For projector headlights, they are essentially plug n play. But there are additional splicing you would need to do in order for your Halo's and LED lights to work. or else you would just have your low beams. We do provide a tutorial on how to wire your halo's and led's if you do decide to purchase projector headlights.

@408Fathead yes, it is always advised to get it done professionally. However, there are those who want to learn how to DIY. which is why we provide tutorials on how to safely install things. Fee's for installation will depend on the mechanic you go to.

@17bogs yes those black/white wires are for your halo's/LED's which have to be spliced together and wired to your parking lights. there is an additional installation video on how to wire them provided on our channel.

I have a question, Ive recently bougth 2 pairs of sylvania's halogen silverstar ultra high perf, for my stock accord headligths so bulb size 9005 and 9006, can i use that bulbs on this kind of projector headlights? do they use other bulb size? . thanks in advance

@BigStateBalla There are 2 screws/nuts behind your headlights that allow you to adjust your beams horizontally and vertically. good luck

@miguelyo123 you can find bulbs for your vehicle at any auto store - kragen, autozone, etc. Just make sure you find the correct size bulb that fits your lights. hope this helps.

@cuzko216 yes it would work, a HID conversion kit will not damage your headlight, for it runs at a lower wattage 35W less than your stock bulbs, and it burns cooler. be careful if you buy Xenon bulbs because some run at a higher wattage and can damage some wires and would also explode inside. generally, HID's should not melt your halo's or housing.

@elbonja you shouldnt be spending money to fix headlights every so often like how you say. you can seal up the headlights to keep them from hazing which helps it last longer. the only thing you probably have to fix more often are your bulbs if they burn out. other than that, you should have no problems with these lights.

I live in Honduras, here is difficult to find replacement parts specially for this type of headlights. Why am I asking this questions? @elbonja Honda accord and hyundai sonata is your best bet.... mazda 6's suspension is pretty rough, although it is pretty sporty, but that is not what you want as i read. same goes for nissan altima, a bit noisy inside the cabin. the camry is well, a camry...

I have these now! I ordered them online, installed them myself(thanks to this video!!) and did it all in a few hours(I have never done anything to my car other than pump gas). Very straight forward thanks to video.

TIP: Aim and test the lights before you put the bumper back on.

Thanks for this video and the wiring installation video I was able to install easily (tip: radioshack has all the connectors and wires you need) . Right now the drivers side is pointing to high and passanger side too low I really need to adjust them.

Whats the quality of these projectors? Ive seen these on ebay but always hear things about them burning out or having bad visibility in the rain.

@MarioLoco03 Honestly the quality of these projectors are not too bad. It Is not unusual for there to be manufacturer defects at times but those can easily be replaced through whom ever you purchase from. As far as poor visibility in the rain I do not believe It to be true.

@ga006959 You can hook it up to the single lights; however, we do recommend that you use the parking lights instead to prolong your LED and halos. Also, the in the video, we used an alternate power source to show how they look.

@Dedwards747 You can go to your local auto store to get some (autozone, kragen) or a big box store will have them for sure (FRYs elec, Walmart), and audio store.

I'm a little confused, what are the 2 red and 2 black wires for when you are talking about everything you need? Are they just parts for the headlights that come with an explanation of what to do with them prior to installation?

@apd09 Correct, because when you purchase a headlight that has the terms: Halo and LEDs; it will come with red and black wires (generally for power and ground). In order for the lights to function, you need to splice them to the parking lights. The wires suggested in the image are for minimize the spicing technique to only a few wires and making it look like professional work. They are not really required. Thanks for asking. Good luck

@AEMTuning111 Correct, plug and play for the headlights. However, for the Halo rings and LED is not. This is because the wires must be tapped to a lower power source than the headlight beams. IT will be quite simple when you do get them. All you have to do is splice them to the parking lights. Let us know if you need help. Thanks
