One also has to remember that if a state has a health exception this includes mental health which means abortion remains defacto legal. Sometimes it's incest, some time guys don't want to have to deal with a baby, and so they push the young girls into abortion. Now if the mother has some other issue going on and the only way to save her life is to intentionally kill the child, it is still wrong. That child is no less innocent. That being said, I think that it lessens ones culpability as one also has self preservation within oneself.
