Can you sign up for SWCC straight out of high school? Or do you have to be in the Navy for a certain amount of time prior to joining?

@chinoichiro You can enlist with a SWCC contract. But if you fail, you are at the mercy of the Navys needs.

@MH6M Yep.. when I was in (2006,) if you failed SEAL or SWCC training, you got a choice between FMF Corpsman, MA/Security Forces or Sea Bees. Don't know what's needed now.
