  • This is Uranus or Jupiter, for you to know, Jupiter is far, dumbass.

  • Its a mountain top on the moon, being so high it still catches the light, i to got caught out but it is part of the moon showing the top half, bottom half in the shade. The area you are looking at is Mare Crisium, hope this helps.

  • it could be a star or a rock formation, a rock formation, why? because the mountain might shadow out the base of the formation.

  • are you talking about the 2 objects togeather?

  • It's either a Planet or Star, fading in and out over the top edges of one of the Moons mountains. Although not quite a reality yet, one day our grand children will maybe be able to look at the Moon in a similar way, seeing Humans messing about, most likely near the Southern Poles, if anywhere.

Focus your cameras that way in 25-50 years time.

  • At what position is this on a clock dial.1 o'clock?

  • It's a space booger!

  • i have to be honest and say i dont see anything besides the things that look like mountains or a crator

  • Good catch!

  • it can very well be a planet based on how the moon was turning and the timelapse of the cam + angle of the cam also the cam was moving.

  • its shot real-time,i'm wadgering the top the moutian range between titain crator an next biggest crator closest to it, as sun left it's tip,but strange how fades, then comes back, couple times

  • its a planet dillwad!!!

  • planet huh, ok, which planet is a dot compared to are moon?

  • that is Jupiter my friend.

  • check "Moon,Monolith,or Martions??? ",thats jupiter, first magnifcation was same used on this moon shot, jupiters big!

  • Did you note that it appears just as the image becomes lighter? Perhaps a weak distant natural object: A planet like Jupiter, a star ?

  • its captuered with nex-tel digital imager attached to my Celestron 8SE telescope

  • I cant stop looking at the blue dot!

  • Good imagination

  • lol the blue dot rulez XD but i dont see anthing

  • the blue dot's a flaw in the chip of camara, its Nex-star digital imager, was stuck on 5 frames a second, resalution higher might show you the floating object

  • Annotations doesn't help. All I see is dark blackiness.

  • try 1280x800 display settings on your computer,what mines at,its small dot/thing

  • Nope. Can't see a thing.

  • Now look again,added annotation,clean your screen,heh

  • ..not even luna...why can't you pronunce luna?

  • I don't see it :(

Awesome shot of the lunar surface, though! :)

  • looks like you jizzed on a spoon with a black backdrop.....

  • sorry bout the digital imigrey, location on the moon is edge of largest creator, other shots i've took don't show mountian top, range,or anything beyond rim the creator where this object was,it comes in an out the shadows...
