Somehow she managed to get down 2 flights of stairs, into the basement, we found her hiding under the fish tank from the cat.
About half a year later, when this, sealed with twist ties, cage has been chewed through, we bought her a much taller

my cousins hamster fell down the stairs, her grandama accidentally kicked it down the stairs and her hamster still is very healthy. and my cousins sister lost her hamster for 5 months and he was still alive when they found him. but he ate all the food in the food bag when he was lost so he got obese and died. :(
my little sister had a panda hamster named panda...i know not very creative but true.well about 4 years after we had this thing it had a ball that duck tape on it cuz it waz praticaly split in half i put panda in the ball not thinking nutin...oh yeah did i minshin we had 4 cats?we did.well i got to the bathroom and see the ball split in haf an freak out.my sister was in my room watchin a movie and panda was in the crack of the door wellit doesnt end there 3 of trhe cats wer in the room...R.I.P
I think it is nice of you to make a tribute to your hamster. My hamster had an interesting life too. He fell in a bowl of milk and cereal and almost drown, he traveled all around the house in the jaws of my cat and survived, and his cage collapsed with him in it, and he just stayed in the same spot until we got home. He finally died of old age 2 months ago. Rest in peace, Herbay

My X FRIEND Brittany had like 7 or 8 hamsters before and they all died. Not a good pet owner. My bird only died because it hit the window in a situation I had nothing to do with.
lol how could it have lived with out food for a week a person in my class had a hamster for two days with out anything abnormal happening and it just died, she claims she didn't do anything to it but i think (know) she didn't feed it (she's not very good with pets she's had like 6 or 7 pets before this and they all died mysteriously (of starvation) well then again that's just my opinion but ya wow

I had about 7 hamsters, not counting the babies, my first one was a boy whom i thought was a girl and tried making it mate with my friend's hamsters who's also a boy, he ran away and i think died lol. My second was a girl who was already pregnant and have given birth a phew times to about 9 hamsters, she bit all of them to death and left me only one. and that was a boy, i bought two more russian hamsters and gave the boy one away, for the rest one got bit to death and the other death of old age
Wow that's a lot of hamsters. I heard that when they're giving birth you have to cover the cage or else the mom will eat her babies because she feels exposed...
i did do that, but the reason she ate her babies was because after 2 weeks you must seperate the mother from the babies, otherwise that happens, and that was my first time i didn't find out till afterwards lol. I guess i should of payed more attention, i was a little too young tho

Yahh that happens with mice too. My biology class had a mice and she had 3 babies and I guess the students scared her and when we came back the next day, all the babies were gone..
