Do it. Because women get damn vicious during divorce time. I mean the woman you thought you married turns into a she beast of a demon from the underlying world beneath the the underworld of hell. Do EVERYTHING this guy says. I don't care how long it takes you. You're probably still gonna get screwed. Just not as much as if you don't take these steps. GOOD LUCK!!....U GONNA NEED IT
so go and copy the financial records to make sure you have a snap shot of the money situation in your home (point #1)...but hey..ALSO go and stash some of the money (point #5) just in case you need it.
This is why people dislike lawyers. I know your intention was good, but don't take the high road when it suits. Disappointing advice in an otherwise decent video.
anyone who is interested to learn more about what to expect and how to be prepared to cope with divorce may also find the book "Divorce For Dummies" useful. it teaches how to prepare financially for a divorce , how to put it in motion , how to tell the kids etc
The 5 tasks Mr. Rosen lists that should be done toDAY give calm guidance and direction to a day that might otherwise be spent in anguish and overwhelming stress. Its a great idea to copy papers and video contents of the home, but the strength one gains from making an appointment with a lawyer AND having a counsellor to talk to can help keep a person more evenly balanced.
It might not hurt just as a back-up! - that a copy of the tape be made, just in case something happens to the original!
i thought those were very good tips. it was a good idea to copy all the documents and especially video tape everything in your house and everything inside the drowers. when my mom and dad got divorced he definetly did not do any of these things. he would of definetly been better off if he would have seen this video before his divorce.
Great video. I liked it alot and helped me alot. A uncle of mine just went through a divorce and i actually recommended this video to him. The taping of the house (as stated in the video) helped him out a lot when it came to splitting assets. THANKS ROSEN! GREAT ADVICE and i am highly recommending this video to any of my acquaintances this video!
This video was great. He had excellent tips, just wished I would have heard them sooner! My partner just went through this with her ex-husband. He took everything she ever owned, and got away with it because she had no proof she ever had it! The video camera tip is one of the best tips I have heard so far. I will be sure to recommend this video to the people I know that are heading in this direction.
This a great, informative video for anyone who is considering divorce. It has lots of common sense ideas that most of us would not necessarily think of, especially while in the emotional process of going through a divorce. Making copies of important and financial documents and video taping the contents of the home are two items I would not have thought of on my own.
Definitely some good advice about making copies of all of your financial documents and keeping them in a secure place. There are plenty of people that would never think of something as simple making a video recording of their belongings. Everyone going into a divorce should listen to this guy but most importantly MEN should listen to him. The courts tend to take the side of women in these matters.
This is an excellent video on divorce issues. The video is indeed very informative and useful to every one as divorce is becoming a common incident in the present days. It helps you to act effectively when you face a divorce. It helps you in such a way that you don't lose things that you deserve to own. You should know about these valuable tips as a common man even if you don't expect a divorce in our life.Good tips and thanks for it.
This is a very great, informative video. I think a lot of people don't know what to expect when they get a divorce. I know I sure didn't, but thanks to this video I do now. Very helpful information. My parents got divorced when I was younger. I think if my dad could have seen this it would have made the whole thing much easier on him. Great post!
This video is really informative. We view marriage as something which consists of trust between both the partners. I completely trust my spouse, so I entrust him with all our financial decisions. Whatever I earn goes into our joint bank account. This video is enlightening, in the sense that even though we trust out spouses, we should be prepared for the worst. Keeping a copy of documents was a very valuebale tip for me, due to the above mentioned reason.
Thank you for the information. Usefull ideas that can make a diference when you decide to divorce.I never realized that a divorce must be so methodical prepared.
The ideas are very clearly explained. All of these suggestions make sense, when you are thinking about a divorce.
I like this steps video. All of them are easy to follow and all the suggestions are very important, when you decide to do this step in your life.
Also, like they said under me, the counselor idea is really important I think. You really need to take care of yourself in these situations to be able to make the best decisions.
There are a lot of really good tips in this video. It makes sense to even just walk around with a video camera! Something you don't really think to do.
The most enlightening suggestion was to hire a counseller. I really helps you get back on your feet fast. This is very important to have a happy and content life. This aids in us going through a divorce with a high degree of maturity and with least amount of emotional stress.
This video gives some very good tips on how you can prepare for a divorce. Some of it might seem like common sense, but when it comes to emotional war, people tend to forget what common sense is.This short and concise clip gives you great tips on how to be prepared for the worst.
It's a little disheartening to think of divorce as something that every married person should be prepared for, but in this day and age I guess you can't afford not to take these tips to heart. In particular, counseling is something that every married couple should seriously consider, whether you decide to go through with a divorce or not.
i think this video was very informative. who would have thought you would need all that information. even down to video taping everything and even narrating it. but you don't think of those things when you fall in love, until it's too late and someone takes you for all you have. thank you for the tips !!
thanks! i think this video was very informative. i didn't even think about some of the ideas like video taping things even down to narrating what your doing. i guess it would be important to have those things in the end but when your just in love and think your going to be together forever you never think someone would take advantage of you but anything could happen when you get a divorce.
I would never have thought to video tape the contents of my house; its hard to think of the worst possible situations, never having gone through a divorce before, a chilling reminder of when love turns bad. I have known several families who have been torn apart by divorce. With these simple steps everyone would have been a lot better off.
i didn't realize that divorce preparation was such a methodical protection of oneself and one's assets.I am seeing it clear with good conscious and the video giving very much clear ideas for the things which we should make note for the divorce. the final two points are very helpful to the one who not aware of the main things. that counselor point is good and many of us not know about that.
The video did really make some good points, especially about copying the financial papers. As an auditor I can never stress that point to people enough. If you don't have copies, go make copies. A bank can also keep a secured box of documents as well. My only criticism would be advocating a cash advance from a credit card. Being divorced already comes hand in hand with debt.
Excellent advice and video presentation by Mr. Rosen. Not enough can be said about trying to be prepared in various ways, so if divorce looks like something you can't avoid, you won't add to the misery. Copying all your relevant paperwork and video taping your home's content is priceless. Even if things
Its Good video for the one who needed divorce. Its very helpful ideas to go up with divorce without much court dealing. Every one even me thinking that we should walk to court many times but it cleared the things and giving tips to meet the lawyer counseler to get the divorce. The cash tips finally given by the narrotor is very helpful. thanks.
Great insight on how to prepare for an upcoming divorce, having gone through a divorce myself, I wish I had a couple of these tips. I also agree with the counselor suggestion and I can highly recommend talking to a counselor. Counselors can help sort things out and a counselor is a great place to talk about your issues rather than dragging your family and friends through your divorce. Leave these issues to the professionals.
I've never been in a marriage, so I suppose this is better information to have beforehand just in case. As obvious as some of it was I imagine it would be hard to think when under such pressure and it needs to be said anyway to be better safe than sorry.
I guess I never realized that divorce prep was such a methodical protection of oneself and one's assets. I always saw it as something so clear-cut; one minute you're married, the next you're not. But I guess there is sometimes funny business going on from one spouse or the other, which is why it is important to ensure that you don't lose anything, be it possessions or financial cushions. Very informative. Thank you.
Interesting information. I hadn't considered that making a video log of one's belongings could be helpful when going through a divorce. There's some good info in this video that isn't necessarily common sense... at least, not until you hear it! I would hate to go through a divorce, but if I absolutely had to go through one, Id be glad to have information like this.
...divorce shouldn't be an option in these cases... affairs, fighting, don't love each other anymore... it doesn't matter... God blesses the ones who will follow his image and stay faithful. He will bring you out of the darkness, you just have to listen for his voice to follow. :D
yeah, i did... and it's also from the Bible that says the more you surround yourself with Christians, the farther apart away from God you are. (except for church/groups) And i wasn't saying that to anyone who didn't know God, like God, or anything, i was talking to everyone even thinking about divorse. :)
i've got 5 things... tell your spouce that you feel that you need to go for a walk. Find some chocolates and put them on the kitchen counter with a bow and don't eat any. Say a prayer. Read scripture. Remember something you love about the one you married.
this motherfucking youtube it's really pissing me off! NOW THE BOX:"Commenting Limit
Exceeded " COMES ON EVERY 2 COMMENTS WE POST???? YOU MOTHERFUCKERS! AT LEAST MAKE IT EVERY 4 OR 5 COMMENTS! I HOPE DIARREA STRIKES ALL THE PEOPLE AT YOUTUBE WHO DECIDED THAT RULE!
This is an interesting video. Some of his tips seem like common sense, but I imagine during a divorce your stress levels aren't likely to allow you to always think clearly. I really liked the tip of videotaping your house, creating an inventory of its contents. If I was going through a divorce in NC, I would probably start my search with this firm.
Even if there is no divorce, I would do the 5 things suggested by Rosen right away because you never know what situations you will be in tomorrow. I'm glad that Mr. Rosen talks to us so frankly. I know that in some divorces in America family being torn apart, possessions got taken away, and people got disowned by the people they trust. I believe Mr. Rosen knows what he is talking about because he had been helping many divorcees.
This is an very informative video, and Lee shows his experience in handling divorce cases. The advice may seem hard for some, but for those on the verge of an impending divorce, the 5 points that he has suggested are well worth following.
This is a shitty video, simply on the grounds that the guy who posted it is paying people to write positive comments. Shame on all of you for selling your soul for 75 cents.
This is some very good advice for anybody who is facing a divorce. I've heard some horror stories about 50/50 going wrong, and one side getting most of the stuff, and going to see a lawyer who knows not only the legality, but the reality of the situation is always useful in a situation like this.
Very impressive, i can't believe that divorce could be such a difficult thing. I would never forget this advice, because i have a short memory and record every thing on the house and copy every document could safe my financial style after a divorce (i would it never happend, but you never know). Thanks a lot it was very instructive!!
Divorce is always a disturbing process to me, but this video is very informative and helpful. This video gives great advice in that you should copy all financial records and record a video of what your house looks like currently. I also think its smart to consult a lawyer even if you don't think you'll want to hire one. Thanks for the advice!
Wow, I had no idea there was so much stuff to worry about when getting a divorce. I actually heard at a wedding recently that it is easier to get a divorce than to get out of a car contract. I appreciate that Lee understands how divorces are emotionally devastating for people, and just wants to keep us safe.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up...
Lee has been very informative in the video. He has been very clear in specifying the urgent things which a person needs to do if going to a divorce.Taking a video of every nook and corner of the house is a great advice. He has been very rational in his approach talking both the sides of the rope. All in all very helpful information .Good job Lee !!
I wish I had seen this before my friend went through her divorce. Please listen to what he says and follow through. It's far to hard to reason out and remember all the things you need to do to protect yourself and your family when your already in the midst of the battle.
The thing that strikes me is that these things are not an attempt to gain an unfair advantage in a divorce but protect both parties ensuring that a difficult situation is handled as fairly as possible.
Divorce can become a very chaotic situation, very fast. In the midst of all the stress and emotions, it is easy to forget how to protect oneself, and make the smartest choices for the future.
This video is a great summary of what you need to do. I love the video taping idea , what a great reminder of things to come and how prepare. Thanks guys!
This is a very informative video. All the information you provided were very good key pointers for those going through divorce. We often forget to do a lot these important things that could become useful in all types of legal situations, not just divorce. It's good to hear this type of advice in times of hardship and would probably most helpful before one has to go through an experience such as divorce.
Anyone who is stupid enough to get married in the first place, deserves all the divorce fallout they get. Marriages rarely end well, and even if people do stay together for 30 years, they are just going through the same boring redundant motions. Anyone who is married and is now divorcing is a freaking idiot.
This is great information. I especially liked the part about photocopying all of your financial and other important documents, as well as video-taping everything that is in your home. This is so important because in time of crisis, people can never remember everything they own. The videotape definitely comes in handy (and is handy for insurance purposes too!). Thanks for the great advice, Lee!
This video was extremely informational, the part about videotaping everything was the best part. In nasty divorces spouses will hid things, sell things and do many dishonest things to cheat their spouse out of rightful property. Video taping also works for insurance purposes, in case of a flood or other natural disaster.
Thank you for the tips! These are simple things that most people don't realize they should do. The documentation of the house and paperwork is important, especially if you need this type of information when in court or in a dispute. It's important to know your rights and where you stand, thanks again!
I especially like the point where you suggest to copy all financial documents. While it sounds like common sense,it is very easy to miss doing this during an emotional turmoil.
I also never thought about fixing an appointment with a lawyer. Putting cash away at some accessible and safe place is a valuable tip. I now understand, how and why these are important. Thanks a ton for this beneficial video!
very informative video. videotaping everything in the house as you narrate and describe all the contents is a smart suggestion. it did not even occur to me that once divorce proceedings start you might be barred from entering your own home. this way you remember everything that was in the house for when splitting everything comes up. video is worth watching if you're in a situation like this

why on earth would anyone ever get married in this day and age? you can love them, live with them, make a life with them... but NEVER marry them!.. because it's really not the person you love you are marrying, it's the government. People are fools to get married, they always say divorce cant happen to me. Yeah right! im sure every divorced couple says that. And Number 6, Never ever make this Mistake again!
I really like the graphics at the beginning of this video. Lee Rosen really has a great voice and sounds very good narrating these videos. The tips are really great, informative, and something I would definitely follow if I was married. I think his best tip is to store things at a lawyer's office or a friend's house rather than your own office or house. That's something very important that few people actually do and wind up with big issues due to it.
This video is a must for couples in the brick of divorce. I think it is a great help in a time when you are not thinking clearly. It may sound obvious but when you are ending a relation with someone you were supposed to share your life with, I know about that, this video comes as a great help. Must add that the steps to follow are very clearly described.
This video has a lot of great points. As someone who is going through a divorce, I will follow everything that Lee states because he seems to very knowledgeable in what he is talking about. The most important thing I learned from the video was how to put cash aside so that I can be financially secure after my divorce.
I think that the video was great! I thought the tips were good advice. I will keep my banking records, but I won't hide them from my partner. I don't think that I will video tape my house as I don't have the time to do such a thing. I might take pictures because that would be quicker for me to do.
Ok, I agree with the basic message of making sure that you have copies of everything even copying via video. Now I know this has to do with divorce, but the way the video explains to do everything seems very shady. Like to HIDE things from your spouse. I am sure there are times that divorce is bad and you need to do things like this, but at the same time, sometimes divorce is not this rough, and hiding things and doing some things like the video says, could make the situation volitile.
Great Information. I thought divorce has to be settled in court only. your information about how to settle it out of court was really excellent stuff. It would save us a lot of time and the agony that comes with it with court procedures
You have a sort of charisma that makes me watch a video of something that isn't really relevant to me. You make a lot of sense! Very, very practical. Nice job.
This video is really great. It really taught me a lot about divorce proceedings, especially that it could be settled out of court and without ever going to court. Great to know. Thanks!
Wow this information is really helpfull. Especailly the information about copying your financial documents. That's something that is easily forgotten, but can really save you from getting screwed in court. Also the bit about recording the interior of your house is good in case you don't have reciets for some of your belongings it can keep your spouse from selling all your stuff for unreported cash.
This seems a good piece of advice . One can learn few things that he or she must of never thought of . Also ,Some of the things that the author pointed out may be new to people like me . VideoTaping is something one can learn from this . By the way, Thanks for the Video .
Great vídeo. I´m a divorced person and I contracted a lawyer to work on the divorce process. It was horrend since I have to pay a lot of money, the process keep on going for almost 2 years and I have to go to the presence of the judge to solve, finally the things. I didn't know the law and this vídeo can help other people don't make the same mistake I did. I hope that I will not need it in the future, but who knows...?
This is a great video! 5 divorce tips that could definitely be a big help to people who wants to file for divorce. It practically gives you everything you need to do before it actually happens. I also never thought that video taping your house could be of a big help nor hiring a counselor. Thank you very much for this video, will definitely share your tips to other people who have shaky relationships.
This is a truly wonderful video, especially priceless for those who have a divorce looming in front of them, and do not have any ideas how to proceed. The suggestions and tips given in the video are wonderful as they will help the person to survive a painful and difficult time of their life. Keeping aside some cash is not on our priority list, as we depend more on credit cards, and so this tip is helpful along with making a video of our home.
There are some remarkable instructions given in this video. This video must be promoted so that every one will realize the cause of divorce. I think this video gives the right information for prevention. tips are excellent and i hope this video will promoted to every people. Thanks for the tips and uploading this video.
I like this video. This is an excellent video. Every person considering divorce should watch this and follow the instructions. You have no idea how ugly divorce can get until you are right in the middle of it. You need to protect yourself right now by using the instructions in this video.
Wow, I can't imagine someone thinking of these things while going through the devastation of ending their relationship. I would never have thought to advise someone to video tape their home or to take cash out of credit cards or home equity lines. I only know a few people who went through divorce and none of them prepared themselves in the way that you suggest. I know thing would've went smoother for them if they had.
This video is amazing and everyone should use your suggestions because I have seen some nasty divorces and none of them were smart enough to do the lings you mentioned!!! Very good!!!
Thanks for the great advice, Lee! I never thought about videotaping the contents of my house, but I could see how that would come in handy later. Nobody wants to get divorced, but these are great tips to make it much less of a hassle. It's good to know guys like you are looking out for the rest of us.
Great advice. This video mentions five really smart things anyone should do before getting a divorce.Actually,i never thought that someone could give me such practical information about this subject.I had never thought how much videotaping the contents of the house would help, especially when things turn out bad and a couple ends up in court.Copying all the documents is really important thing to do as well.Thank you so much!
This video is going to help a great deal of people, and the tips were very helpful. overall excelent video we need more people like you guys that actuly care about the "people" im subscribing right away, thanx again.
I think the tips given in the video are great. The best thing I liked about is the concept of keeping the things safely. One must not keep them in his/her house or office. I think keeping the copy of important documents is must. Also seeing a counsellor would be of great help.
As someone who is going through a divorce, i found this video extremely helpful. I had never even thought about making a video of all the possessions in my house. It is definitely a great idea! I am currently in the process of making copies of all my financial documents. Thank you so much for all these tips. I am confident that this will be far more smooth process because of these tips.
As someone who is going through a divorce, this video is extremely useful. I had never even thought about video taping my possessions in my house. Now that i think about it, that is a very useful tip. I have thankfully already made copies of my financial documents. Thank you so much for these tips! I am confident this will be a smoother process because of it.
Thats amazing. I never thought about the kinds of practical actions that should be taken by someone who is planning a divorce. To be honest, its truly sad that these things would need to be done. Who would ever think of videotaping the contents of the house, including inside of all the drawers or cupboards? I guess with your experience, you would know this is necessary.
This is an excellent video. Every person considering divorce should watch this and follow the instructions. You have no idea how ugly divorce can get until you are right in the middle of it. You need to protect yourself right now by using the instructions in this video. All of the instructions are great, but I think the most important one is setting aside some money for yourself. You could find yourself penniless in a matter of moments and that money you stashed aside will be a real lifesaver.
Great tips! Thank you for letting us know about this stuff and for free. I am someone who likes to be prepared, so copying documents was a great tip. It is probably best to have copies of these documents in a safe place even if you don't feel you will be divorced. Just to be safe. And the video taping is a good idea too. I would have never thought of that, but it is a smart thing to do. I will remember these tips, they would help in other cases as well, not just divorce.
This video really did have some great information. I did not know that one should video record their entire house, but it does make sense if you need the information in court! Thank you so much for making such a wonderful and informtive video!
A wealth of information. Great tips on how to prove ownership of assets by using a videotape and how to have money to pay bills in case of bank account closures. Very clear and easy to understand. Answered all of the questions I had about divorce. Thank you very much!
These are some really great tips! A friend of mine is currently going through a divorce and I am emailing him a link to this video right now. I had not thought about video taping your belongings, but it really makes a lot of sense. I've subscribed, and look forward to more tips!

It's a little disheartening to think of divorce as something that every married person should be prepared for, but in this day and age I guess you can't afford not to take these tips to heart. In particular, counseling is something that every married couple should seriously consider, whether you decide to go through with a divorce or not.

i think this video was very informative. who would have thought you would need all that information. even down to video taping everything and even narrating it. but you don't think of those things when you fall in love, until it's too late and someone takes you for all you have. thank you for the tips !!
kyleebanks 3 years ago
thanks! i think this video was very informative. i didn't even think about some of the ideas like video taping things even down to narrating what your doing. i guess it would be important to have those things in the end but when your just in love and think your going to be together forever you never think someone would take advantage of you but anything could happen when you get a divorce.
kyleebanks 3 years ago
I would never have thought to video tape the contents of my house; its hard to think of the worst possible situations, never having gone through a divorce before, a chilling reminder of when love turns bad. I have known several families who have been torn apart by divorce. With these simple steps everyone would have been a lot better off.
tomt32 3 years ago
i didn't realize that divorce preparation was such a methodical protection of oneself and one's assets.I am seeing it clear with good conscious and the video giving very much clear ideas for the things which we should make note for the divorce. the final two points are very helpful to the one who not aware of the main things. that counselor point is good and many of us not know about that.
shathika123 3 years ago
The video did really make some good points, especially about copying the financial papers. As an auditor I can never stress that point to people enough. If you don't have copies, go make copies. A bank can also keep a secured box of documents as well. My only criticism would be advocating a cash advance from a credit card. Being divorced already comes hand in hand with debt.
wmchef19 3 years ago
Excellent advice and video presentation by Mr. Rosen. Not enough can be said about trying to be prepared in various ways, so if divorce looks like something you can't avoid, you won't add to the misery. Copying all your relevant paperwork and video taping your home's content is priceless. Even if things
by chance work out later, that's still great
to have for possible insurance purposes down
the road.

Its Good video for the one who needed divorce. Its very helpful ideas to go up with divorce without much court dealing. Every one even me thinking that we should walk to court many times but it cleared the things and giving tips to meet the lawyer counseler to get the divorce. The cash tips finally given by the narrotor is very helpful. thanks.
plalitha11 3 years ago

Remus43 3 years ago

Did you know that atheists have shown statistically lower divorce rates than Christians?
WslyHill 3 years ago
yeah, i did... and it's also from the Bible that says the more you surround yourself with Christians, the farther apart away from God you are.

Wow, Those 5 tips are great. I wish i had seen this earlyer!!

I've heard some horror stories about 50/50 going wrong, and one side getting most of the stuff, and going to see a lawyer who knows not only the legality, but the reality of the situation is always useful in a situation like this.
spiroth10 3 years ago

1 Thessalonians 4:13:
13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

Thank you!

Great tips for anyone considering divorce!

Anyone who is married and is now divorcing is a freaking idiot.
andron333 3 years ago
This is great information. I especially liked the part about photocopying all of your financial and other important documents, as well as video-taping everything that is in your home. This is so important because in time of crisis, people can never remember everything they own. The videotape definitely comes in handy (and is handy for insurance purposes too!). Thanks for the great advice, Lee!
emanuema 3 years ago
This video was extremely informational, the part about videotaping everything was the best part. In nasty divorces spouses will hid things, sell things and do many dishonest things to cheat their spouse out of rightful property. Video taping also works for insurance purposes, in case of a flood or other natural disaster.

Thank you for the tips! These are simple things that most people don't realize they should do. The documentation of the house and paperwork is important, especially if you need this type of information when in court or in a dispute. It's important to know your rights and where you stand, thanks again!
mrakoski 3 years ago

And Number 6, Never ever make this Mistake again!
fstwrtr 3 years ago

Must add that the steps to follow are very clearly described.
mackmeck13 3 years ago
This video has a lot of great points. As someone who is going through a divorce, I will follow everything that Lee states because he seems to very knowledgeable in what he is talking about. The most important thing I learned from the video was how to put cash aside so that I can be financially secure after my divorce.
LailaAli 3 years ago
I think that the video was great! I thought the tips were good advice. I will keep my banking records, but I won't hide them from my partner. I don't think that I will video tape my house as I don't have the time to do such a thing. I might take pictures because that would be quicker for me to do.
kamon10 3 years ago
Ok, I agree with the basic message of making sure that you have copies of everything even copying via video. Now I know this has to do with divorce, but the way the video explains to do everything seems very shady. Like to HIDE things from your spouse. I am sure there are times that divorce is bad and you need to do things like this, but at the same time, sometimes divorce is not this rough, and hiding things and doing some things like the video says, could make the situation volitile.

Thank you very much for this video, will definitely share your tips to other people who have shaky relationships.

This is a truly wonderful video, especially priceless for those who have a divorce looming in front of them, and do not have any ideas how to proceed. The suggestions and tips given in the video are wonderful as they will help the person to survive a painful and difficult time of their life. Keeping aside some cash is not on our priority list, as we depend more on credit cards, and so this tip is helpful along with making a video of our home.

I think the tips given in the video are great. The best thing I liked about is the concept of keeping the things safely. One must not keep them in his/her house or office. I think keeping the copy of important documents is must. Also seeing a counsellor would be of great help.
