The point of the song is that in the Bible, there are 18 years of Jesus life unaccounted for, and this is just his humorous take on what might have happened. None of it sounds sinful to me. Sounds like a wonderful, rich life full of love and disappointment and meaning. Sounds a lot like the human experience to me, which was a lot of the point of Jesus coming down here for us.
