It's interesting to learn and be able to develop fluency in other languages. As an Ecuadorian I also interested in learning Turkish because I love Turkish music and culture. For myself there are good and bad in all people because as human beings we are not perfect we can only strive for self improvement and acceptance of others. I also have a vast collection of Armenian and Greek music as well as Turkish because of my interest and love for foreign languages

250 million? Isn't Turkey only 80 million? or does 250 include the turks living in central asia?

@bawad yes apparently they count them. these people are not really turkish. they speak different languages though related. it is like german to dutch and english. those central asian people also racially different people and they don't consider themself "turkish". even with them the population would make to 110 million. If you add 15 million forcefully assimilated Kurds in turkey that number would be 125 mil.
