Very good demonstration and slow and steady , I used to do with both the leg together , but the cycle I never tried , this is very good demonstration of Sirsasana. And you stayed quite long , now I get tired ..1 min max I can stay.., very good. 10 points.
Excellent work on demonstrating not only what it takes to do this, but also talking through and demonstrating common mistakes. Very helpful for beginners.

this is a very good video. you're a very good teacher and you convey the seriousness of the form, and medical concerns about the form.
I only wish there had been a 2nd camera at a side angle to see what you were talking about the various "wrong" positions.
but an excellent video nonetheless.
