This sett is unusual being in an open field with no trees or bushes in close proximity. Until the bracken grows (end of May) there is not much cover. Everything is on a slope but the setts are located in a slight hollow on the hillside. This was taken last year but I have new footage to upload for this year. (four cubs again).
Thanks Andrew. I'm hooked on badgers now and watch them regularly. I was down wind obviously and in full camouflage gear and crawling amongst the bracken.
love it when their frolicking around, well done. Is the sett just in an open area of land or a clearing in a wood?
