Bonk was the Ralph Nadar in the 16-bit console wars. An interesting third option in a war of console mascots.
While Mario and Sonic got all the looks and hype, Bonk sit on the backburner. This game is really cool, but it didn't really stand out compared to the wacky level design of Mario or the blazing speed and music of Sonic.
It's unfortunate, because Bonk 1 & 2 are very good games.

Keep in mind that there are bonus levels inside many of the houses, I just decided to skip them as I made this video and included them in another.

world 2-2? not much of a stage if i was in that stage i would walk pass it and go to world 2-3
