However, arab racism is more about not being aware of other people's culture especially african people. While in Egypt I was always told that I am better than African because as Somali my culture was close to Arab's. First, the fact of prefering having persons from your own country with you in work is not necessary 'racism'.
I live in canada, and I can tell you that we have the same phenoma : chinese hire chinese, indian hire indians... This is a human Behavior (which is not good of course)...

الجزيرة بها من القطرين الكثير ممن يعملون في الطاقم الفني أو حتى في غرفة الأخبار و هذه مهمات كبيرة و ليست سهلة.
أما الظهور على الشاشة فهي مسألة تحتاج إلى الكثير من المهارات و الخبرة حتى التلفزيون القطري يعج بالعرب الآخرين بينما يضيق بالقطرين.

PS: Racist people are not superior people by any means; but rather ignorant hateful and lowlifes who is full of hate hence are unable to spread love to other for they are deprived it themselves. If one should see themselves as "Superior" being, they would not behave in such manner that they should prove a point to any one. hateful people are scary little chickens who suffers form insecurity and they are terrified of dealing with their own problems, so make others around them miserable too.
