i do feel like shit right now, we had possible the best 1-2 starting pitchers with liriano and santana, and we had arguably the best defensive center fielder in the majors and now their gone, i do have to say i kind of wish he went to boston because then i could say every single good player from MN went to boston, KG, ortiz, lawrence maroney, randy moss, and then santana, but oh well, at least santana will win a championship now. good for him
Long suffering Mets fan here, just wanted to say it must really suck to be a Twins fan right now. You got absolutley JOBBED in that deal for Johan. You basically handed over the World Series championship to us and the NL. The only good thing I can say about the Twins is, your uniforms are sweet.

The Red Sox don't need Johan Santana! We're too much stacked on pitching that, if anything, Johan Santana would either be, our #5 Starter, or put in the Bullpen.
dude dumbass, johan would be #1, he is about 10 times better than Dice-K and about 2 times better than josh beckett. Josh beckett doesnt pitch under any pressure. Its a lot easier pitching when your team is up by 5. Johan never got any run support
