@Msdancesinglaugh When i started out i used to do that allllll the time and just could not figure out why! Try holding the curler horizontally rather than vertically. Also whilst you wrap the hair around it try pushing the curler into the hair so it doesn't get a chance to start sliding. Hope this helps! xx

How do you make sure your curls don't form one big curl because that happens to me a lot

@abercr0mbiezombie Some people like to alternate the direction of the curl but i find that that only makes them stick together more and is harder to separate. So my best tip is to twist the hair towards the end slightly as you curl it, this happens a bit naturally as you wrap your hair around anyway. Also just running your fingers through your curls when they start to bunch up separates them :) xx

@muziekfan4ever its the curler, its so fast! i definitely have hard to curl hair but these curlers are the only things that work for me!

@REDnFIRE It really depends on your hair type but when i do it it takes about 20-30 minutes if im doing tight curls like this, and the curl last all day, two days sometimes but of course they drop a bit but i dont even use hairspray!

I don't really like your hair but the tutorial was really good and your hair looked lush afterwards, I prefer the curls less defined so I'd probably just run my fingers through them to loosen them up

@shuddafudda Honestly i dont know! But any ceramic, conical wand is going to give you the same effect so conair and milani are your best bets, hope this helps x

Loving ur hair :) Bought myself one of those wands last week n it is fantastic. but it will just take abit of gettin used to as I burnt my fingers sooo many times lol but the curls were so easy to do n looked great. It's a brilliant styling tool to have :)

@chellie789 I used to have the same problem, having thick hair that was hard to curl. But conical wands are the way to go! They curl fast, look pretty and really do hold the curl in. Obviously they do drop a bit but not very much at all! It also depends what products you use and how long you hold it on for. Hope this helps! x

Yes i do colour my hair.

Yes the iron would definitely burn your hand or scalp and face if they where to come into contact. I've burnt my ears, shoulders, neck, cheeks, fingers and scalp in the past from not paying enough attention when i was curling. It does take a lot of practice to master the technique without burning yourself but once you've got it it's easy!
