When you have 99 stars it suppous that I can use Luigi, but I have 99 stars and nothing happend, and when I go 2 talk with Luigi he says: "Sorry Mario, I`m tired, I will live you alone 2 search stars, good luck"

well you need to clear the game with all 120 stars and then it starts over and then u can play with luigi after u switch on the main menu for mario galaxy.
