    1 cup = 225 grams. I am using American (U.S.) metric system. You can actually go in Google and type "what is 1 cup in grams" or any other measurements and it will show it to you. hope this helps!

  • you can use vanilla or any other flavoring of your choice. it's just to give more flavor to the dough. if you dont have it, it's ok :-)
