1 cup = 225 grams. I am using American (U.S.) metric system. You can actually go in Google and type "what is 1 cup in grams" or any other measurements and it will show it to you. hope this helps!
Dear Alia, I dont have orange blossom water and its not available in the country i am living now, can i prepare it myself or can i replace it with something else?
I like your videos so much! You are very well spoken and confident which makes the instructions easy to follow and fun to listen and learn about a different culture (than my own).
I am glad you enjoyed the video. I just posted another video on how to make almond truffles, it's simple enough to make it with you daughter too. cheers :-)

khalid93o 2 years ago
you can use vanilla or any other flavoring of your choice. it's just to give more flavor to the dough. if you dont have it, it's ok :-)
