  • Awesome I was looking for a good trifle recipe

  • fab!

  • The most awesome trifle my sister ever made !!! :)

    Your simply rock Keiko :)

My sister would have been ur favourite student if she was in germany as she is simply just mad about your recipes :)

    Keep Up the Good Work!!

  • @MultiDragoonX Congratulations for making the trifle. I'm glad you like the result. :)

  • Yum

  • SO PRETTY.

  • Hi I really think u have an affinity with baking, whatever ingredients u handle, they all seemed a part of u :)

  • Delicious,as always master chief.

  • 2:00 smallest cutting borad i've ever seen... lol i made this.. :)

  • this looks nice and pretty. and so simple too. plus berries are always good for the health.

  • how would you serve this without ruining the appearance?

  • @misschelz1 Usually, you serve the full bowl and enjoy the praise of your guests about how nice it looks. Then, use a large spoon to fill each guest's dessert plate. At that point, it won't look that beautiful any longer. :-)

If you want, you could also prepare many small trifles in separate dessert dishes. It's a little more work, of course, but then each guest has her own nice looking trifle...

  • @ChefDePatisserie That is great idea to make everyone their own small bowl. Its more practical and it looks better when not damaged with large spoon :D

  • @misschelz1 just take a picture and get over it.

  • I think I gained weight watching this. But oh so good and so pretty.

  • this dessert can cheer anyone up :)

i'll be giving this one a try.

    thanks Keiko

  • not trying to be mean, but why does the pastry cream looks lumpy? it didnt look smooth... :-(

  • oh my God this is look so good. thanks for sharing. but can i use the idea for cake!!

  • but the pastry cream you made in this vid is differently made from that for your cream puffs??!

  • @TheDoctorcute It's the same pastry cream that I also use for the cream puffs. Tastes great in this recipe, too. :)
