@michaelrabatin maybe you should watch it again.. the cop clearly lifts his shoulder to brace himself for the hit way before the bike rider got near.. he singled him out and was always going to take him out.. even if he did yell stop prior to the collision, how was the rider meant to do so when travelling that fast? clearly it wouldnt have been a safe way to stop a person.. if anything he should have grabbed him and pulled him off the bike rather than slamming him with his shoulder! fuckin pig!
