Wonderful actor, admired by Stanislavski and members of the MAT, as well as members of The Group Theatre. It's fortunate that we have a record on film of his work, unlike so many noted theatre actors.

Can't thank you enough for putting this together...Just saw Orphans of the Storm and was struck by Joseph Schildkraut's acting...one of those actors you've seen in a million things but never quite recall...I will now...thanks again.

Thank you so much for posting this! I love him so much!!!! Do you have any still photos with Lillian Gish and him from Orphans of the Storm? That's my all time favorite movie of his!
