it all depends on your style and level of play,

I prefer pellet fileld peng peng bags, there deifnitly my fav, they come for 32 $ on the kingston footbag site

sand is the best for freestyle. pellet filled ones are made strictly for circle play, just a fun way to pass the time after school really. if you are just starting off find the Mr. Sandbag, its a great way to get into footbag and its only 7$, work your way up from there.
