The move wasn't banned in men's gymnastics. It's still in the code, even the newly-released 2009 - 2012 code. Tucked is a C, box #15 under Element Group II; stretched is a D, box #16 under Element Group II.

this move was banned cause som gymnasts have become paralyzed and even died cause of it
thats y we dont see it on competitions and stuff
