Dry Vinyl Application using Top Hinge, fixing mistakes

Does the popping work to get the vinyl back off to fix it when working with the clear conform, plastic like transfer tape?

It really depends on the strength of the adhesion between the application tape and vinyl compared to the vinyl and substrate. Also, small parts like letters and such may have some stick and some come back off.

Obviously this doesn't always work. Like on a hot summer day in the sun on plexiglass.....this will not work!
