I'm happy with the way they sound. Only thing is that they are LOUD, man. I called my local sheriff's office to ask about noise and was told that as long as the baffles/packing are intact and I'm not running straight pipes I should be OK. I'm working on an additional baffle to fit inside the end cap to hopefully tone them down. Without ear plugs, the noise gets to be fatiguing after a while. Click my new account name (mvparkman500) and you can see some more of the bike.
ahhh, that makes so much more sense. The old speed triple T309 has a similar looking crank case to the kawasaki's. I also started to think it was a 4 because I convinced myself I saw a collector under the motor for a 4-2. anyway nice mufflers. I'm actually fabricating some extensions so I could use those on my honda 919...I hope it sounds decent.
For some reason, I couldn't get logged into this account and had to create a new one.
mvparkman500 is my working account. There is a video there of the bike going down the road, if you're interested.
