to be honest, i do find his demonstration very good. i cld understand it. i usually skip his videos as i always thought of his most flavourful language in hells kitchen. i suppose that is his trademark. anyway, thanks ramsey for the demonstrations .i like them.and i am going to make a meatpie now for my family breaking of fast.
Wish I could do it like you, Gordon, but I have more luck rolling between two sheets of baking paper, with a non-slip mat underneath. It also means no floury mess to clean up on the bench-top.
@MrMGD92 Thanks. Never thought of trying that. Strangely enough, I've just been rolling shortcrust pastry and wishing I had a gadget something like the wringer on those old washing machines to flatten the damn stuff. It's getting to be real hard work!
