is this the second time john ever played a bad guy or is more than twice i know he was a bad guy in swordfish...man i wanna see wil smith play a bad guy,,,but anyways i wanna see this movie and o yeah man yall friday the 13th that remake was boring nothing like da other jason movies
i think this movie will be gudd bcuz both travolta and washington have alot of fire in there eyes to make a hit happen with there track record of movies they done in the past that always golden to the audience.
If anyone is interested, the music towards the middle and end of the trailer is There Are Some Remedies Worse Than The Disease by This Will Destroy You from the album Young Mountain. Figured I put that out there.
If the 70's suck so bad then why are movies being remade from that decade? The film quality is the last thing that should be looked at. They remake those old movies because simple minds want to just see explosions and shooting. It'd be one thing if they remade it with only changing the camera work but they ruin the living hell out of everything with it. Anyone remember the Honeymooners remake?
Yes, that's definitely the Brighton Line. Pause the video. You can see the Culver Line curving underneath it. And you're wrong about needing a BMT/IND car on either end. They use an IRT redbird with snow blocks on both sides for such moves.
The Police and They had that R-62 that They Turned into an R-142 Car & I Seen Tony Scott (The Director) & Cameraman out on The Tracks Directing the Scene!!
we're quite sure. also, the MTA ran a signle car 35 years ago for the orginal movie, why not now? all they needed was one good pass. Might have been a day when the line was closed for a large construction project
I don't see the MTA running IRT equipment on BMT track. When the MTA does run IRT gear to take them to the Coney Island shop, they put the IRT cars in between BMT/IND in the front and back so that the train stop still works in case of the train passing a red signal. I don't see the MTA running a single IRT car without any signal protection for a movie. You sure that's the BMT Brighton line?
dont give it away to other people that i probably how they get away or something i saw one scene of on the set view on yourtube where Travolta is held at gun point on Manhattan bridge.
metropod, thats Brighton, i thought flushing? The movie doesnt make much sense now, after 42nd street on Flushing whats next? 34th on Broadway trying to make it seen as its going to pelham
Im giving the 4 stars, now why would the 6 be on the FLUSHING line, oh geez, i would of giving it 1 star but oh well. I like the first 1974 film better!
wow this movie looks GREAT!!! Looks thrilling and dark. Denzel washington is always good in anything he does and john travolta as a bad guy sounds really interesting. I'll be seeing this when it comes out

It would be a major mechanical feat to carbody R62 to R142 even if DC tractionmotor control systems remain intact....
