  • haha :) I did not read any books on weight loss. I think all of our advice on WLL might be from trying and trying and trying to lose weight for so long and then FINALLY finding the key to weight loss. I would contact antishay (shanti) and see if she has any other suggestions about weight loss :)

    My life stile has been changed a lot, I really mean a lot....so no wonder that if I still have days I binge I no longer gain weight!

    It is because I am self aware of and try to recover it immediately!

    So I go to the fridge and take some chips (oooops...I am the freak one)...and feed myself BUT...then punish myself by deleting videos, accounts, saying I quit...and all the nice stuffs.
