  • cooool i like it lol! i think ur designs are cool nice ideas! :) .

  • boring

  • Could you please go on facebook to see my miniauture dollhouse lamp that I made? isabelmcconnon@hotmail.com

  • For those that are interested, you can find a wide collection of findings, or stampings, at jar-jaf.com . They even sell the Swarovski crystals and LED lighting kits. You can find a downloadable catalog there, since they have several thousands metal findings on their site.

  • GREAT idea, thank you!

  • I want to see this video so bad, because I don't know where else to get the ones you are using on the video. Thanks a lot.

  • Could you please tell me where to buy these stampings pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I have been buying so many wrong items. You know, on the computer they look good but when I get them in person I see that they are not the ones I have been looking for. Thanks so much and sorry for bothering you again.

  • @2dmcconnon You can find them on ebay or I have experimented with flat ones from Hobby Lobby that I bend with a lemon/ lime squeezer. I'll do a video about it.

  • @GardenOfImagination hi can you help me i am not having any luck founding the item you call stamping that you use for the lamp shade i checked ebay and also online hobby lobby, as i live in australia i dont know where to look please can you help regards julie

  • @jldrblue1 I can't find the same ones I purchased on ebay any longer. But there are other stampings that would work. Just do a search for "brass stamping" and that should give you some good results. Hobby Lobby sells similar ones that are flat. I use a lemon squeezer to curve them.

  • @2dmcconnon i tried ebay and they had some stuff but most of it is the wrong thing but if you keep going through the pages you will eventually find these metal stampings well that is what i put in the search bar and it came up with some cool bits but some of it is junk hope these helped .

  • @2dmcconnon Try Fire Mountain Gems, Beadaholique, or Beaducation online. Any of those may have both the stampings; I know they have loads of beads too.

  • @2dmcconnon I checked, and Beadaholique sells these as "filigree stamps", many brass or color coated. They sell them at a discount on Amazon currently, about half off their regular price.

  • Thanks, I will try size 5mm.

  • One more question about swarovski crystal flowr beads. I saw them on ebay now but I got confused when I had to pick the size out. I am sorry if I am bothering you all the time. Forgive me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

  • @2dmcconnon I'm not sure about the size. Probably around 5mm.

  • Thanks so much; it helped a lot

  • I am going crazy looking for these little flat beads that you made the hangies; Michael doesn't have them, I also looked for them at Hobby Lobby and I can not find them. I guess it's because I don't know the name for these little things; I am talking about the part you showed, the beaded hangies. Thanks.

  • @2dmcconnon I think I found those on ebay. They are swarovski crystal flower beads.

  • You are right, because I bought the expensive gold eye pins and they are too soft.

  • Thanks

  • I tried to make one with , but the eyepin I bought was too soft. Could you please tell me the one is good for these type of craft?

  • @2dmcconnon Get the longer, 2 inch eyepins and make sure they are the cheap thick ones. Don't use real silver or gold because they cost much more and are too soft.

  • Can I find these parts at Jewelery department at Michael store?

  • @2dmcconnon Not all of them.

  • can u sell some of this stuff on ebay for uk viewers thanxs i love you videos

  • would you be able to buy the materials at michaels?

  • Hi, I have bought most of the parts to make these lamps, but can't find the Swarovski bugles you placed on the top shade, around the edge. Where did you find yours? Are they Swarovski, Czech, glass or something else? Thank you for your inspiration and sharing of your knowledge.

  • @Kittytlvr They are glass and I found them at Hobby Lobby.

  • People are sometimes surprised by the cost of artisan miniatures, but when you stop and think about it, the labor involved is similar to the labor involved in creating the life-sized version. Oftentimes the actual ingredients aren't the biggest expense in making an item so the size difference isn't as critical as the time on task. Amazing, isn't it? --The Great American Dollhouse Museum

  • I heard that your selling the for 65 dollars!!! WHAAAAT!?????? Is it like reak gold or diamoonds or something!?

  • LOL! No. These take a VERY long time to make and are very rare. Check out the lady selling these on Ebay, some of those are over $100. But you don't have to worry about buying them, you can just make them!

  • Aww thats cute!!! it looks like those real kind that are expensive like our size!!! i love it!!!

  • I'm not sure where to find these types of beads. I haven't been to Pat Catans, so I don't really know... But I'm almost positive they don't have what I need. Where else would I be able to find these beads?

  • Try ebay.

  • i <3 u!

  • i coud make candle sticks out of eye pins

    lol thanx

  • do you think the wicked witch of the west

woud have that in her room

  • No. She likes fire too much and would probably have candles. Besides, I dought castles are electrically wired. lol

  • This is a great technique for lamps, thank you!

  • ohh yuu know that yuu make those realy cute cups the gold ones with the beer and milk and such..? well the thing that yuu stuck at the bottem not the earing peice the gold round thingy, it looks like it would make a nice bowl if you put clay inside like yuu did with your cups, Nice Pair :D

  • That is a great idea!
