There was also a version on Game Boy which was a completely different game. I have both that version and the Game Boy Color version. I also had (or maybe still have) the Commodore 64 version, but my C64 broke & got trashed. I loved the music in that version. Same music as heard here, but the quality was much better.

That's just a VC WAD inject on a modded wii. You don't need (onor can you use) a NES ROM cart. Nor do you need the NES controller.

Just put the WAD on SD card and install it using Wad Manager. NES games play fine w/ wii controller.
