They do not compliment his musical waves... that is not to undermine their abilities, just believe that it does not compliment well.

I don't believe they are his band members. It is very likely they are just playing with him for this particular recording. I just watched his Veena Voyage videos and there almost everyone seemed to match each other. Rajesh is really good, regardless.
