This theme song is great! I love it! Ever since I was 14, I was obsessed with it with a passion. I used to own it on SNES, and now I own it on Playstation 2--especially this very game. One of the best fighting games--hands down!
If the one on the right is Joe, and if this intro was originally going to be used for Final Fight (formally titled Street Fighter '89), while his look in this intro resembles Cody's (protagonist of Final Fight), then perhaps Joe and Cody are the same character. Their curved jumping kick attacks also look alike.
Seriously it wasn't really racist back then, so why the hell are you bringing it up now? Seriously this is why I wish we were all still living in the 90's.
