Ahh the twilight of a once illustrious career, personified in this, one of the easiest and most lack luster goals imaginable. The keeper should have been sprinting, there should have at least been a reaction from the defense to immediately drop back and it should've been a better cross. This is a good impression of the incredibly low standard of play in the stateside leagues, indicating poor stamina and understanding of the game. The keeper couldn't even outrun a washed up midfielder.

Lads the goalkeeper was up in the opposite box for the corner. They usually do that when it's between the 85th-90th minute and theyre losing. What Beckham did was run on a counter-attack, sought an easy oppurtunity to score, and took it. Easy goal. Piss-poor defending. But counter-attacks, what can you do? lol
