I attend a highly traditional Black Methodist Church (we do shout), and my pastor wears robes every Sunday, no matter what special day it is. However, respect and holiness for God's house is not dependent on what you wear, it is dependent on your lifestyle. Hell will be filled with plenty of robe wearing preachers and sisters who wouldn't walk on the church steps without their heads covered. Respect God's house by living according to his Holy Word, not by being the church fashion police.
