So far I think I've only seen one modeler on this show who remembered that their armored fighting vehicle was supposed to actually engage in combat ("my tank is fight!"), and weathered the barrel of the main gun appropriately. This guy did not do that.
It´s amazing how this guy works, the only thing that I mind, is the use of metallics as a part of the weathering! On a real vehicle, there won´t be any! It will take just a couple of hours before rust will appear on any worn surface (to the metal), if you don´t belive me, try to remove the paint on any steel object and place it in a humid atmosphere.

Isopropanol alcohol is what I use to thin Tamiya paint in my airbush and also to fix pigments of any kind.

he could use the MIG for metallic, but only on tracks or may be on handle

What is the white-thing he used on 1:26 to texture the mud? Anybody know?
Indokita 3 years ago
I think it`s plaster. I always use plaster with Mig-pigments and varnish to create mud.

He said "The repair material of the wall". There was not the detailed explanation of material.

It's probably Dufix (wall plaster)... very popular with modellers in Japan. ってかbuildogjpは日本人でしょうか?
