I used to feed that guy all the time! I knew him as "Walter", which is what someone told me his name was. I still feed those birds all the time.

@canneryrowdoc Yea, there were several names for him. My brother and i fed them for over twenty years. That's why it was shocking and sad to hear about it. but i'm glad the two mates he had are still alive as well. they are the older of the geese that go there. anyways, did you hear about the grave vandalism in the broad street cemetery?
