u should keybind "Up Scroll" to Kill shot. And use "Shadowmeld" or "Feign Death" to make the target lose focus on you. helps a lot with casters imo. And yeah get an addon that`d show you the "Target of Target" that way u kno when he loses focus on you. And personally, i like to name my pet exactly the same as me. cuz then, when u shadowmeld or feign death you targets focus should automatically change to ur pet. And believe it or not, more pple than you think get tricked by that simple manuvr ;P

You should look into getting a macro to cast your detterance off. This will help out when the enemy has switched targets and you can have those 2 extra seconds to steal the kill. :D

MM pvp is so much fun, and its really easy to get geared thru it because if youre a good hunter they shouldnt be hitting you that often anyway. ive been a hunter since BC and ive never pvp'd BM. *shrug*

Yeah, it takes a moderate amount of skill to know the class and play it, but anyone with common sense can just kite with conc. shot, disengage when melee gets close, conc. shot again and deterrence when focused by melee.
