@cody111495 well how do you know, it's seems that the white car is turning along with the rest so therefore his light was still green or yellow and the red suv is the only one coming from that way in the intersection. So it leads me to believe it's the SUVs fault. And definately for driving away like if it was the white cars fault than he has no need to drive away and having no insurance is no excuse cause it definately makes you look even more guilty.

From 0:00 to 0:04 4 vehicles make the legal turn. At 0:04 you can see the red truck moving at an already accelerated speed. Also at 0:04 on the far right, you can see (just before impact) traffic in the distance just beginning to move, meaning (give or take half a second) the light just turned green. Finally at 0:16 opposing traffic gets their green light, and they proceed. My guess? The red vehicle was in the wrong.

Light goes green when it's doing 30mph about 100' away from the light, continues on...oh shit a car! bam.

The light turned green and both cars went at the same time. My sister hit the other car's bumper so bad that it was hanging off, while her car got a few scratches and a broken headlight. LOL Seriously, based on observing OTHER traffic patterns and how generally traffic lights work, I think the left turn lane signal turned red, the opposite lane turned green, and the SUV approached before it turned green, and just costed through. I suppose technically the white car was at fault, assuming this sequence is correct. But you could ask a traffic safety/civil engineer! They know how the signaling works.
