change ur budget allogation 0:100 so u can afford a high wage and get any player on loan!

Go for Zhano Ananidze - grows to 87, should be currently 20 in your year. 4 star skill and great finisher for a midfielder.

Or Adryan Tavares, should be 18 or 19 on your year, grows to 85, should cost the same as Lucas Piazon or less because of age. 4 star dribbling and 4 star weak foot, Free kick grows to the 90s and very good ball control.

Get Angelo Ogbonna. He is a CB and I am not sure about his pace I think it starts off at 82 and he is an overall of 75 and goes all the way up to 87. He is also very strong and great at heading. Ogbonna and Wynne would be a perfect combination since through balls would be easily plucked off by the pair of them since they are both fantastic pace. Ogbonna never seems to tire for me either. So he is a good all round CB!
