  • What song was playing at 3:06 and 3:18? :) Also, Im just curious. Do you ever have any shoulder or joint pain when lifting heavy??

  • @rideride02 At 3:06 is a group called Tracenine and at 3:18 is the group Thrice. And I do have shoulder tendonitis. As you can see when I bench press my grip is fairly close and that is to protect my shoulders. Back in my high school days I did a lot of heavy benching and I actually bench way more back then....330lbs was my best 1 rep max and that was when I was 18 years old. Now at 40, I do what I can :)

  • @0680496 I have two different upper and lower body workouts, 1 heavy lower reps 3-5 and 1 higher rep workouts 8-12 reps. Its a good thing to touch different rep ranges.

  • I know what you mean man. I just started to do a vlog/journey type series on my channel as well and its been pretty awkward doing the talking part so far lol. I like it though, I feel that it helps me stay on track.

    Hate you for your macros though... I just cut carbs down to 200 >.<

  • @dabul2003 Your welx! I bought the sugar ketchup at my local grocery store (Save Mart). You can probably google search it find out where to buy it in your area.

  • @Jcronindream Never again Chris! That was not smart on my part. The problem I had was I ate clean in '09 and once I got off my diet I binged on a few occassions which led to a lot of weight gain. But with a more balanced approach this season I do not have any cravings, so I plan on reversing my diet and staying about 10-12lbs over stage weight. At 40, theres no reason to get any heavier than that especially that I have 25 years in the gym.
